Age of Intimacy

Coaching Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of coaching do you offer?

I offer relationship coaching, dating coaching, and intimacy coaching, all designed to help individuals and couples navigate challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful connections. I tailor each coaching service to your specific needs and requirements. There is no cookie-cutter solution here.

Coaching can provide clarity, tools, and support if you feel stuck, unsure about your next steps, or want to improve your relationship or dating experiences. I can help you confidently move forward with communication, intimacy, or dating struggles in a way that best suits your learning style and adaptability.

That said, whether you prefer this approach to self-improvement can only be discovered through a session.

During a session, we’ll explore your challenges, identify patterns, and work through strategies to help you make positive changes. I’ll provide guidance, exercises, and actional steps, alongside deep conversations, to support your progress during and between sessions.

Nothing discussed during our sessions leaves the room, so to speak. Each session is 100% confidential and private.

I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and being yourself.

Yes – you don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit from any of my coaching services.

Those navigating the dating world, preparing for a future relationship, or working on personal growth find my sessions to be impactful and valuable. One-on-one coaching can also be a preferred option for those in relationships too.

The number of sessions depends on your goals and your challenges. Some clients see progress in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. During our first session, we’ll discuss what works best for you.

While couples coaching is beneficial when both partners participate, individual coaching can still create significant positive changes in a relationship. If your partner isn’t ready, we can still work together to help you improve your communication, confidence, and approach.

I typically suggest that you reflect on what you’d like to focus on during our sessions, and reflect on what positive changes you wish to see within yourself.

A significant part of any coaching, from the recipients side, is being open to change and being open to learning things about yourself, even if they may have a negative connotation in the moment.

This openness paves the way for true, meaningful change.

While coaching and therapy share some similarities, coaching is typically action-focused and future-oriented. It provides strategies and tools that allow you to move forward and improve your relationships, dating experiences, or own habits and actions.
